Commission investigating complaints against Buzz Telecom
The Georgia Public Service Commission, investigating complaints about fraud and slamming against the Buzz Telecom, a Merrillville, Indiana-based service providers at a distance. Buzz Telecom received a permanent certificate of resale operation in Georgia in March 2004.
Slamming is the interaction of consumers’ local or remote, service providers without their consent. Slamming is a violation of public laws and rules of the Commission. Several other countries, including Ohio and Kentucky, are also Investigating complaints against Buzz Telecom.
Consumers feel they were granted, proceed as follows:
Please check your local operator Exchange, to determine if your television service was turned on without your permission. If so, ask again that you preferred service providers at a distance.
Ask your local operator Exchange, a PIC freeze on your television service to ensure that your service can not be seized without your explicit consent.
Go to the Public Service Commission for filing a complaint slamming.
If your service has not been activated, but you receive bills this company, go to the Public Service Commission to file a complaint. Disputed taxes versions of consumers from the obligation to pay royalties, until the dispute is resolved.
