Second Chinese Cultural Revolution
Many of us have vague memories of the chaos and suffering caused by China in the famous cultural revolution, Mao Tse-Tung in 1966, 1968, in which the communist revolutionary leader has tried to revitalize entertainment. It was a nightmare that most Chinese have just forgotten.
It is an age that young people today know very few people - if ever - in particular, because it stronger in a second cultural revolution much more to their liking: Westernization or Americanization really, of the Contemporary Chinese life.
I come from a week to Beijing and saw with my own eyes, saw how everything has already Americanized. McDonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken and Subway, it exists everywhere. The Chinese, like cleanliness and service in restaurants, and they love to eat. Super fast roads, crowded with cars, trucks and buses, district of the city immense, and every young man wants to buy a car. In a week, I saw enough to ask congestion, where all new cars are to be assembled. I saw Buicks, BMW, Citroen cabins, Passat, Toyota, Honda abundance.
Fashion, cosmetics and shampoos are very popular in these thin, young women, Chinese, no doubt, the most beautiful legs on earth. Cosmo is here in a Chinese edition. Jeans are worn everywhere. English, of course, the second language. You will find on the walls of posters on U.S. products in drugstores and supermarkets. It is a television channel that shipments only in English and french is taught in schools. If you know English, you can make a big career.
