FULTON, Ky.–HOPKINSVILLE FEDERAL BUYING FULTON OFFICES: Hopkinsville Federal Bank has agreed to buy Old National Bank’s two Fulton offices, with combined deposits of about $90 million, for an undisclosed sum in a deal expected to close by late June.
Announced Tuesday, the purchase also includes Old National Bank-owned Fall and Fall, an insurance agency serving Fulton County for more than 100 years.
