Winter Storm blankets South-East, Mid-Atlantic
The American Red Cross, if food and emergency shelter after a severe storm which has attracted over South-East and Mid-Atlantic Region, on Wednesday (December 4) and Thursday, blanketing the country from diapers snow and ice.
